Fruit Crunch Muesli

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 cups puffed corn cereal
  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 2/3 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup pepitas or 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tblps clear honey
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup dried pears, chopped
  • 2/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180.c/160.c fan forced.
  • 2 place cereal, nuts, coconut, pepitas & cinnamon in a bowl.
  • 3 dissolve honey in juice and stir through until well moistened.
  • 4 spread mixture in a large shallow baking dish, bake 20 mins, stirring frequently until golden, cool slightly.
  • 5 add fruit & toss to combine.
  • 6 nce cool completely, store in an airtight container or in warmer weather in the fridge.
