Fruit Crunch Muesli

Ingredients

- 3 cups puffed corn cereal
- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 2/3 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup pepitas or 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tblps clear honey
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup dried pears, chopped
- 2/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180.c/160.c fan forced.
- 2 place cereal, nuts, coconut, pepitas & cinnamon in a bowl.
- 3 dissolve honey in juice and stir through until well moistened.
- 4 spread mixture in a large shallow baking dish, bake 20 mins, stirring frequently until golden, cool slightly.
- 5 add fruit & toss to combine.
- 6 nce cool completely, store in an airtight container or in warmer weather in the fridge.
