Earthquake Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 (18 ounce) package german chocolate cake mix
• 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 lb confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 grease 9x13 oblong pan with shortening.
• 2 mix and spread pecans and coconut evenly on bottom of pan.
• 3 mix cake according to package directions.
• 4 pour mix over pecans and coconut.
• 5 mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
• 6 spread over cake mix.
• 7 bake at 350f for 35-40 minutes.
