Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 (18 ounce) package german chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 grease 9x13 oblong pan with shortening.
- 2 mix and spread pecans and coconut evenly on bottom of pan.
- 3 mix cake according to package directions.
- 4 pour mix over pecans and coconut.
- 5 mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
- 6 spread over cake mix.
- 7 bake at 350f for 35-40 minutes.
