Ingredients

- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients in large baking dish.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and combine completely.
- 3 bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes.
