Energy Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/4 cup fresh frozen coconut, grated
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
