Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (not margarine)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 (6 -7 ounce) package coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and add in half and half and vanilla. beat well. add in flour, sugar, butter one at a time and beat well after each addition. fold in coconut. pour into 2 pie pans. bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. this pie makes it’s own crust.
