- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy and add cream. add sugar slowly and add the other ingredients.
- 2 when done, put frosting on cake and top with toasted coconut.
