Chocolate Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces raw milk (almond & coconut are great) or 8 ounces non-dairy milk substitute (almond & coconut are great)
- 4 ounces plain yogurt (raw is best but nancy's is good)
- 7/8 ounce chocolate action whey
- 1/3 ounce rawburst
- 1/2 banana
- 12 nuts (chopped if you don't have a high speed blender)
- 1 cup ice
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed. add action whey and blend at lower setting. serve and enjoy!
