Chocolate Berry Blast Smoothie

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces raw milk (almond & coconut are great) or 8 ounces non-dairy milk substitute (almond & coconut are great)
  • 4 ounces plain yogurt (raw is best but nancy's is good)
  • 7/8 ounce chocolate action whey
  • 1/3 ounce rawburst
  • 1/2 banana
  • 12 nuts (chopped if you don't have a high speed blender)
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed. add action whey and blend at lower setting. serve and enjoy!
