Ingredients

- 1 (11 7/8 ounce) can coconut water
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 2 cups 2% greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut sorbet
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup shaved fresh coconut
Recipe
- 1 the night before, pour coconut water into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
- 2 in a blender put: pineapple, yogurt, coconut sorbet, coconut milk, coconut water, fresh shaved coconut and 6 coconut ice cubes. blend until smooth. thin with more coconut water or milk, if desired.
