Ingredients

- 16 ounces sour cream
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 banana, sliced (optional)
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow (i use the colored ones)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well, being careful not to crush the fruit.
- 2 place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight so that flavors can blend.
- 3 serve.
