Protein Packed Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 ounce firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries, respectively, in a blender; pour in apple juice. blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.
