frosted chocolate coconut goodies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (5 ounce) package non-instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups baking mix
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups flaked coconut

Recipe

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (180 degrees c). grease cookie sheets.
  • in a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix (dry), biscuit mix and sugar.
  • melt butter or margarine over low heat. remove from heat and mix in eggs, milk, and vanilla until well blended. add to dry mixture. stir in coconut and mix well.
  • drop by rounded teaspoonfuls cookie sheet and bake 12 to 14 minutes. remove from oven and let cool.
