Holiday Mini Peppermint-tini

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces coconut liquor (not coconut rum)
  • 6 miniature candy canes
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • ice

Recipe

  • 1 pulse candy canes in a food processor until crumbly, set aside on small plate.
  • 2 melt chocolate in a small flat bowl in the microwave. the bowl should be just large enough to dip the mini martini glasses. (i recommend microwaving in small amount of intervals, 10-15 seconds at a time until just melted.).
  • 3 dip each glass in melted chocolate and then immediately dip in crushed peppermint; chill in the refrigerator to set until ready to serve.
  • 4 using a cocktail shaker, first mix half the vodka and half the coconut liquor with ice and shake for 15 seconds, pour into chocolate peppermint rimmed glasses. this serves four mini cocktails.
  • 5 repeat with remaining half of mixture and serve the remaining cocktails.
