Holiday Mini Peppermint-tini

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 12 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces coconut liquor (not coconut rum)
- 6 miniature candy canes
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- ice
Recipe
- 1 pulse candy canes in a food processor until crumbly, set aside on small plate.
- 2 melt chocolate in a small flat bowl in the microwave. the bowl should be just large enough to dip the mini martini glasses. (i recommend microwaving in small amount of intervals, 10-15 seconds at a time until just melted.).
- 3 dip each glass in melted chocolate and then immediately dip in crushed peppermint; chill in the refrigerator to set until ready to serve.
- 4 using a cocktail shaker, first mix half the vodka and half the coconut liquor with ice and shake for 15 seconds, pour into chocolate peppermint rimmed glasses. this serves four mini cocktails.
- 5 repeat with remaining half of mixture and serve the remaining cocktails.
