Ingredients

- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken or 2 cups cooked turkey
- 1 (9 1/2 ounce) can chow mein noodles
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 ounces drained pimiento, diced if desired
Recipe
- 1 combine soup and broth to make gravy. stir to blend. add meat.
- 2 simmer 8 - 10 minutes to heat thoroughly.
- 3 serve buffet or family style, layering all ingredients.
