Ingredients

- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 24 ounces frozen coconut milk
Recipe
- 1 combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- 2 add 1/2 cup coconut milk and blend into a smooth paste.
- 3 heat remaining milk and add cornstarch mixture.
- 4 cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
- 5 pour into 8" square baking pan.
- 6 cool and refrigerate.
- 7 cut into squares.
