Granola

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut, sweetened
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry in large bowl.
  • 2 mix remaining in saucepan and heat till combined. don't boil.
  • 3 pour over dry.
  • 4 put in sheet pan.
  • 5 cook @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • 6 cool.
