Ingredients

- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup coconut, sweetened
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix dry in large bowl.
- 2 mix remaining in saucepan and heat till combined. don't boil.
- 3 pour over dry.
- 4 put in sheet pan.
- 5 cook @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- 6 cool.
