Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- handful raisins (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine all ingredients (except for the honey and butter) .
- 2 melt honey and butter over a low flame. pour over oat mixture. pour evenly onto a greased edged cookie sheet.
- 3 bake at 400 for 15 minutes. take out of oven, stir and put back in for 15 more minutes.
- 4 to result a clumpier cereal then leaven on pan until cooler when you take it out the last time.
