Granola

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • handful raisins (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine all ingredients (except for the honey and butter) .
  • 2 melt honey and butter over a low flame. pour over oat mixture. pour evenly onto a greased edged cookie sheet.
  • 3 bake at 400 for 15 minutes. take out of oven, stir and put back in for 15 more minutes.
  • 4 to result a clumpier cereal then leaven on pan until cooler when you take it out the last time.
