Marvelous Maple Walnut Granola

Ingredients
- Servings: 18
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground saigon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup (or less)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients in large baking dish.
- 2 add wet ingredients and stir until completely combined.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
