Macaroon Tartlet Cases

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups desiccated coconut

Recipe

• 1 preheat your oven to 180 degrees (centigrade).
• 2 mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
• 3 use wet hands to press mixture into greased patty pans. the mixture should make approx at least 10 tartlet shells.
• 4 bake 10 minutes, or until a light golden colour.
• 5 cool 5 minutes in trays and then carefully remove to a wire rack.
• 6 store in airtight containers.
