Macaroon Tartlet Cases

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 180 degrees (centigrade).
- 2 mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
- 3 use wet hands to press mixture into greased patty pans. the mixture should make approx at least 10 tartlet shells.
- 4 bake 10 minutes, or until a light golden colour.
- 5 cool 5 minutes in trays and then carefully remove to a wire rack.
- 6 store in airtight containers.
