Lchf Porridge

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 3 drops vanilla
  • 90 g berries (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together milk and eggs in a saucepan.
  • 2 put heat on medium and stir in the coconut flour into the egg mixture.
  • 3 stir until the porridge thickens.
  • 4 season with salt and cinnamon and vanilla.
  • 5 serve with berries (optional).
