Japanese Fruit Pie Ii

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted, cooled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
  • 2 combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar, and vanilla in bowl.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 stir in dates, coconut and nuts.
  • 5 pour into pie shell.
  • 6 bake in for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
