Japanese Fruit Pie Ii

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup margarine, melted, cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar, and vanilla in bowl.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 stir in dates, coconut and nuts.
- 5 pour into pie shell.
- 6 bake in for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
