Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
- 2 cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
- 3 serve warm with milk if desired.
