German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box german chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (eagle brand preferred)
- 1 (12 ounce) can coco lopez or 1 (12 ounce) can cream of coconut
Recipe
- 1 spread coconut and pecans in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan.
- 2 mix and bake cake as directed on box.
- 3 cool.
- 4 punch holes in cake.
- 5 mix eagle brand milk and cocoa lopez and pour over cake.
- 6 frost with cool whip and top with shredded coconut.
