German Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 (4 ounce) packages german baking chocolate, chopped
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 line an 8" square baking pan with greased aluminum foil that extends over two sides. combine chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.
• 2 microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate softens, stirring after 1st minute then ever 30 seconds.
• 3 stir mixture until chocolate melts.
• 4 stir in pecans, coconut and vanilla.
• 5 spread into prepared pan.
• 6 cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
• 7 cut into 1" squares.
