- 1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain sugar-free yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
- 2 -3 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons flax seed oil (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
