Coconut & Apricot Energy Smoothie

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain sugar-free yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 -3 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons flax seed oil (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
