- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. refrigerate and can be kept up to one week.
