Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dates
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 2 cups coconut
Recipe
- 1 put dates in frying pan on low heat.
- 2 add sugar and eggs.
- 3 mix and heat stirring constantly until mixture is thick.
- 4 add cereal and vanilla.
- 5 shape into small balls and set aside to cool.
- 6 roll in coconut.
