- 45 ml rum
- 2 teaspoons light coconut cream
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 90 g crushed ice
- fresh coconut, shavings
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients in a blender with ice until smooth.
- 2 pour into glass.
- 3 add slices of fresh coconut shavings if desired.
