Impossible Coconut Caramel Custard Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
  • 2 pour into greased 10" pie plate.
  • 3 sprinkle coconut on top (optional).
  • 4 bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 5 cool completely before cutting.
