Impossible Coconut Caramel Custard Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
- 2 pour into greased 10" pie plate.
- 3 sprinkle coconut on top (optional).
- 4 bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- 5 cool completely before cutting.
