Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup kefir (or you can use buttermilk, or milk)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (can sub another kind of oil)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or use agave)
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients. combine wet ingredients. mix together. scoop onto a buttered, hot waffle iron.
