Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rice milk or 3/4 cup coconut milk or 3/4 cup nut milk
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 cup gluten-free rice flour mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 1 mix milk with vinegar, leave it for 5 minutes.
- 2 2 add egg, olive oil, and vanilla extract to milk mixture.
- 3 3 add flour mix, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. mix together.
- 4 4 cook in the skillet till golden brown on both sides.
- 5 5 note: i use bette hagman's original gluten-free flour mix.
- 6 2 parts rice flour, 2/3 part potato flour, and 1/3 part tapioca flour.
