Gfcf Pancake

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rice milk or 3/4 cup coconut milk or 3/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free rice flour mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 1 mix milk with vinegar, leave it for 5 minutes.
  • 2 2 add egg, olive oil, and vanilla extract to milk mixture.
  • 3 3 add flour mix, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. mix together.
  • 4 4 cook in the skillet till golden brown on both sides.
  • 5 5 note: i use bette hagman's original gluten-free flour mix.
  • 6 2 parts rice flour, 2/3 part potato flour, and 1/3 part tapioca flour.
