Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) bag sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Recipe
