Coconut Pancakes Or Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs, coconut flour, and salt together in a bowl. add a little baking powder if you like fluffier pancakes.
  • 2 melt 1/2 t butter (or coconut oil) over medium heat.
  • 3 pour in 1/2 of batter, cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook 1 minute.
