Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

• 2 ounces rum
• 1/2 ounce rose's lime juice
• 1 ounce malibu coconut liqueur
• 1/2 lime
• 3 -4 leafs peppermint
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• top up with carbonated water
• 4 -5 ice cubes

Recipe

• 1 cut lime into small bits and add to glass.
• 2 add teaspoon of brown sugar and peppermint.
• 3 crush ingredients with wooden mixer.
• 4 add rum, malibu and lime juice.
• 5 add ice and soda and stir.
