- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 0.5 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
Recipe
- 1 dip pineapple slices into coconut milk and dredge in cinnamon sugar, coating both sides.
- 2 grill on a grill rack over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time. top with toasted coconut.
