Coconut Fruit Shake (smoothie)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 4 cups frozen mixed fruit (peaches, melon, pineapple, grapes, strawberries)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (rooster brand, 1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon real vanilla extract
  • 1 medium banana

Recipe

  • 1 an easy way to measure the frozen fruit is to put in blender so that it reaches about two inches from the top.
  • 2 place all of ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
