Coconut Cream Pie

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (not margarine)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 (6 -7 ounce) package coconut

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs and add in half and half and vanilla. beat well. add in flour, sugar, butter one at a time and beat well after each addition. fold in coconut. pour into 2 pie pans. bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. this pie makes it’s own crust.
