Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy and add cream. add sugar slowly and add the other ingredients.
  • 2 when done, put frosting on cake and top with toasted coconut.
