Coconut Banana Ladoo

Ingredients
- 1/4 liter banana milk
- 8 g ghee
- 50 g sugar
- 1 coconut, grated
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
Recipe
- 1 bring the milk to a boil.
- 2 keep stirring on low flame till it is reduced to half the quantity.
- 3 heat ghee in a wok.
- 4 add sugar.
- 5 reduce the flame when sugar melts.
- 6 add the grated coconut and keep stirring it.
- 7 add the thickened milk and stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the wok.
- 8 when cool, roll the mixture into ladoos (small round balls).
- 9 serve!
