Coconut Banana Ladoo

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 liter banana milk
  • 8 g ghee
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 coconut, grated
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 bring the milk to a boil.
  • 2 keep stirring on low flame till it is reduced to half the quantity.
  • 3 heat ghee in a wok.
  • 4 add sugar.
  • 5 reduce the flame when sugar melts.
  • 6 add the grated coconut and keep stirring it.
  • 7 add the thickened milk and stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the wok.
  • 8 when cool, roll the mixture into ladoos (small round balls).
  • 9 serve!
