Ingredients

- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 7 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
- ground hazelnuts
- pecans
- toasted coconut
- cinnamon
- flavored cocoa
Recipe
- 1 chop chocolate; melt with butter over low heat; add cream. gradually stir in sugar until lump free.
- 2 cover and refridge 12-24 hours. make individual balls by rolling them between palms of hands. roll balls in any of the nuts, cocoa or any of the other topping type ingredients listed. refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
