Ingredients
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon orange
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon anise extract
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces diced citron
Recipe
- 1 mix ingrediants in order given.
- 2 put batter in 10" spring form bake at 450 10 minute.
- 3 turn to 350 bake for an hour.
- 4 place in pan of water while baking. let stand 2 hrs before remmoving from oven.
- 5 chill 4-5 hours before serving.
