Italian Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 32 ounces cream cheese
• 6 eggs, room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 4 ounces margarine, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 teaspoon orange
• 1 teaspoon rum extract
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon anise extract
• 1 lb ricotta cheese
• 3 ounces diced citron

Recipe

• 1 mix ingrediants in order given.
• 2 put batter in 10" spring form bake at 450 10 minute.
• 3 turn to 350 bake for an hour.
• 4 place in pan of water while baking. let stand 2 hrs before remmoving from oven.
• 5 chill 4-5 hours before serving.
