High Protein Pina Colada Shake

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup frozen pineapple, chucnks
- 20 g vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 drops coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon artificial sweetener
- 2 teaspoons flax seed oil
Recipe
- 1 add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- 2 if the pineapple isnt frozen i advise adding ice cubes instead of the 1/2 cup of water! as my first attempt was quite warm and a struggle to drink!
