High Protein Pina Colada Shake

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple, chucnks
  • 20 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3 drops coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon artificial sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons flax seed oil

Recipe

  • 1 add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • 2 if the pineapple isnt frozen i advise adding ice cubes instead of the 1/2 cup of water! as my first attempt was quite warm and a struggle to drink!
  • 3 enjoy!
