High Protein Health Fudge

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 50 g protein powder
  • 25 g almond meal
  • 25 g stevia
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g dessicated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • water

Recipe

  • 1 place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. add tahini or other nut paste.
  • 2 using fingers rub all ingredients together.
  • 3 gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff "dough".
  • 4 form into a log.
  • 5 cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • 6 cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
