High Protein Health Fudge

Ingredients
- 50 g protein powder
- 25 g almond meal
- 25 g stevia
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 25 g dessicated coconut
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- water
Recipe
- 1 place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. add tahini or other nut paste.
- 2 using fingers rub all ingredients together.
- 3 gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff "dough".
- 4 form into a log.
- 5 cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
- 6 cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
