- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups mangoes, sliced
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon equal sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 6 ice cubes

- 1 put all ingredients in blender. blend until smooth. add more skim milk if thinner consistency is desired.
