- 2 cups hibiscus syrup, jamaica concentrate
- 3/4 cup mango, peeled pitted and diced
- shredded coconut (optional)
- rum (optional, not too much or they won't freeze)
Recipe
- 1 pour 2 cups of jamaica concentrate into 8, 4 ounce molds.
- 2 add pieces of mango, and coconut.
- 3 place in freezer until set and frozen, about 4 to 5 hours.
- 4 enjoy!
