Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 rub bowl with garlic.
- 2 toss all ingredients together except the coconut. let sit overnight. top with coconut before serving.
