- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk, shaken well before opening

- 1 in a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. add vanilla and coconut milk and simmer until thickened.
- 2 cook or medium heat until it thickens. serve warm over pancakes or crepes.
