Granola Bars (gluten Free)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour (see recipe description)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup nuts or 1/2 cup fruit, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons acai berries, dried powder
- 2 tablespoons goji berries, dried powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix sugar and oil. add egg, and then honey, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- 3 in a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, ground flax, goji and acai.
- 4 combine together.
- 5 mix in rice cereal, fruit/nuts, coconut, chocolate chips.
- 6 oil a 9 x 13 pan.
- 7 press mixture into pan.
- 8 bake for 20 minutes.
