Fruit Baskets

Ingredients
- 2 large shredded wheat biscuits
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- fresh sliced blueberries
- banana
- strawberry
- peach
- vanilla yogurt
Recipe
- 1 crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.
- 2 drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.
- 3 line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil. press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.
- 4 bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
- 5 cool, remove by lifting foil.peel off foil.
- 6 add fruit and a dollop of yogurt. sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
