Fruit Baskets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 large shredded wheat biscuits
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • fresh sliced blueberries
  • banana
  • strawberry
  • peach
  • vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.
  • 2 drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.
  • 3 line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil. press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.
  • 4 bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
  • 5 cool, remove by lifting foil.peel off foil.
  • 6 add fruit and a dollop of yogurt. sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
