Easy Thai Coconut Custard

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 beat the eggs together, 1 at a time.
- 3 gradually add sugar, milk and salt; beat well.
- 4 in double broiler,stirring constantly, cook mixture until soft and texture resembles scrambled eggs.
- 5 pour mixture in a small casserole dish and bake 1/2 hour.
- 6 when baked, brown custard under broiler.
